What do you think about DOMA? (Defense of Marriage Act) Do you believe that same-sex marriage should be legalized in the U.S. at the federal level? Why or why not?
I think that same-sex marriage should be legalized in the US at the federal level. The reason I think this is becuase same-sex marriages won't effect anyone but the people who are getting married. Many of these people consider themselves married in the sense of commitment already, and the benefits they will get from having their marriage legalized will only change their lives and no one elses.
