Do you think countries such as the U.S. and South Korea are over-reacting with regard to North Korea's recent nuclear missile test launches?

I don't think that the US are over reacting to North Korea's missile tests. The reason i think this, is because North Korea has attacked the US in the past. I think they should be prepared to make sure that nothing like that ever happens again.
